My Cuban Husband has received his Canadian Permanent Residency. Problem now, Cuban Immigration says he needs to complete his obligatory 2-year army service. He was denied when he was 17 years old because of an illness. Now they can't find those records. Does anyone know if they will grant him out of there and into my arms?
