Any Walgreens will take it. When you go there, don't confuse them with the size of the photograph. Just tell them that you want these for your French passport. They have that in their system and they will be able to help you. The French passport has the same dimensions..

No store does it. I had to take the American passport photos and cut them based on the requirements in that sheet.

I mailed out my application

Oh ok! Walgreens in San Jose downtown took my photographs for my French passport.
