I call the immigration Quebec today to ask file number and they told me the number is start at C00*******.Because it is not that clear for my mobile phone,could you help me to make sure the numbers we are the same which starting at C00*******. I submit my application on Nov 1,2010.

Your file number should start with the first and second letters of your first and 9 numbers (this is at least my case)

What's your visa office, speednab?

I submitted my documents January 4, 2011 - got my AOR on the 13th of Jan! Applying from Sao Paulo.

My dossier # is not the first and second letters of my first name.   It's the first letter of my first name and the second letter of my last name.  Hmm.

Share your visa offices and timelines, everyone.

I applied from USA (Buffalo office) on March 2010 and recieved my file number on April 7, 2010.I have been waiting since then.
I called the processing office and they said they were working on the February 2010 application.
