Hi All,

I am planning to apply for Quebec immigration, currently i am in US working in IT and i have few questions

1. If i am the Principal applicant, does my wife has to fill separate CSQ form even though she is Home Maker but she worked before 3 yrs as Dietitian in India

2. What about 3 yr kid, do we have to fill any form for her too

3. Do we have to notarize all the Supporting documents like Experience letter, Graduation Certificates, Mark Sheets, Bank Statements, Passport copies

Thanks

I  think you have to fill out a form for your spouse too. the kid  no.. just mention him on the form
she has to get work certificate for the past 5 yrs .. so she would need her work certificate from India.

yes ur wife need to fill separate form.in additional family information u can write her present occupation as home maker. In her personal history(form) if u mention her experience then u need experience certificate.
2. What about 3 yr kid, do we have to fill any form for her too
no extra form is required for the kid jst mention him on the form
3. Do we have to notarize all the Supporting documents like Experience letter, Graduation Certificates, Mark Sheets, Bank Statements, Passport copies
Yes notarize all ur documents.I think bank statements should be original.
Thanks
