FSW is for people who don't plan to live in Quebec so it is not compatible with getting a CSQ for people who do want to live in Quebec.  The application process for Quebec is different.  They have their own skilled worker program.  It is not simply an FSW with a CSQ attached.

If you land in Canada, outside Quebec with an FSW visa, stay a while and then move to Quebec later, you shouldn't have a problem.  From what I have heard, there are very few things you miss out on by not having a CSQ.

Thanks for answering.

But i am sorry that i dont think so because even in case of qsw one has to obtain csq first before getting the visa.
So i guess csq should be seperate identity than visa

Anybody please confirm Smiley
