crossing the border canada/ buffalo

hi, im a spanish citizen, and im a visitor here in canada. im allowed to stay 6 months without visa. my problem is im going to buffalo to meet my relatives there and go back to canada. i need to know if the border officers will stamp my passport and reset my staying in canada for another 6 months ( eventhough i still have 1 month to stay in canada).

No guarantee, they may not stamp your passport, but just re-admit you for the remaining month.
