CROSSING BORDERS:PR IN CANADA TO TOURIST VISA IN USA

Hello everyone...
I applied for FSW just this month. And if i have to wait for 6-12 months
before I am granted a visa (considering that everything will run smoothly as planned)...
Then I will surely be landing Canada October 2010 (Hope GOD grants that for me)...
Just futuristic and thinking positive of this application though...
Anyway, My parents and sister have migrated to USA
but I wasn't able to join them because I aged-out...
They are residing in washington... just 2 - 3 hours drive away from Vancouver...
That is why I wanted to migrate to Canada since this is the easiest way
to be somehow reunited again to my family...
Question:
1) I am petitioned again by my parents to USA in the family - category (unmarried son and daughter age 21 and above), would it be a conflict, if I apply for a multiple visit visa later on to USA? Or it wouldn't matter if I cross the borders just to see them there even If I have a pending petition on file?
Dual application in Canada is permitted... how about USA? do you have any idea if a FMILY PETITION AND TOURIST VISA is allowed as well?
2) My parents visited my relatives at Vancouver 3 times already, and it was so easy for them to cross boarders... they would just drive to canada, and show them their PR CARD / USA PASSPORT in the boarders, then they would just easily come and go... with no other visa needed... Is it as easy as that if I am in Canada, and then I drive to Washington?
3) I really want to spend Christmas and New Year with my family in USA next year, and I wanted to see their place too... What is the procedure or the steps to do to acquire a MULTIPLE VISA (from vancouver)?
4) How long should I stay in Canada (PR) before I can go to USA? What are the documents I need to show so I can go there / I can apply for a multiple tourist visa?
HELP EVERYONE...
NEED YOU ADVICE...
THANKS SO MUCH!!!
god bless!
