I read the post down here somewhere and I want to know the outcome. I am in the same situation although a bit different. I have been married for 16 years and my husband sponsored me in US in 2003, I did not come to canada and it expired. The problem is now i lost my job and my status in US so i had no choice but to give my kids to my husband to live here in canada (they are PR's and citizens), I could not bear to live without them so I crossed over to come to canada. Is it possible for my husband to sponsor me here? inland? basically, I am illegal
