I am expecting to go through skilled worker arranged employment offer route. Is there any requirements regarding eligible employer? Do they have to have been established for a certain amount of time before they can hire foreign workers? Do they have to be incorporated? On CIC website there is no explicit requirement that I can find. Many thanks.
