hello everyone

i lived for 10 years in usa illegally and now came back to my home country india.now i want to apply for canada immigration under fsw.i have a u..s citizen wife and a son.i have also applied for u.s. green card but it will take its sweet time though the lawyer is saying i will be back in usa by december.i have a shoplifting case from 2009 and was granted probation.i also had a domestic assault  case against my wife but eventually my wife settled the case (as u know how women are).so after getting the f.b.i report from usa and to let u know that those two cases are listed in that report.what do u think about my chances of success for canada pr. both the cases are closed and i have the disposition letters also.please all u wonderful and intelligent people throww some light on it.
thanks
