criminal record check...

hey guys,

ok ive been asked to provide a criminal record check, im based in the uk, i have got my prints done by new sctoland yard as they provide the fingerprinting forms aswell which are similar to the RCMP (Royal Candian Mounted Police) forms.

Now the canadian high commission have sent back all my forms asking again for RCMP criminal record check... when i checked because i fall into the catergory of applying for 'permanent residence' i have to pay a fee of $25 CAN....

Has anyone been in this situation at all? i need help....

Im guessing once i have the payment of $25 ... and posted back all he forms that they have requested which is exactly the same as before they should not send anything back is that right or am i worng?
