Hi,

Last year I received a citation in the US (no arrest or fingerprint) for public urination. The charges were dropped and the case expunged. I would like to ask whether I have to disclose this in the temporary visa application form (question 12: have you ever committed or been convicted of a crime)? If so, is this ground for inadmissibility?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. No prob with jokes, I've already reached the stage where this has become a funny story that I can tell others!
I certainly was not convicted, but I was worried about the initial part of the question where it says "have you ever committed a crime". Any thoughts?
