Criminal Checks for PR( live-in caregiver)

When you apply for your OWP and PR, are the criminal checks from your home country you used to enter Canada 2-3 years earlier ok to use with your application or do you need new ones?

You need a new one. The old one is no longer valid.

NBI is only valid for a year. Just send your old NBI then write an authorization letter that's what I did before.

you're right....better ask the the police of the country that you were in before to make sure. cheers!
