I'm a little confused about the medical and criminal back ground check.  Should my spouse whom I'm sponsoring get that done now and we send it off with our sponsor and PR application or do we send the application first and then wait for a response to go do the medical and criminal?  thanks.

We sent everything.  Later on, visa office might request something from you.

Sent mine off altogether. The packet app says to do that.

CIC advises to send everything together so that there is no delays plus they advise to pay all fees at same time, if you don't you might add more months of waiting
