CIBIL - this is the credit information agency in India. similarly other countries may have an agency too. Does an adverse or negative rating in CIBIL in ones country  affect or have an impact on ones file /case ( default could be cheque dishonour ,loans delay paymnt, personal loan delay payment etc ) during the back ground checks.?
