Hello,
i have sent my application. In which my fee form did not contain the three digit code, so i did not write( the updated form do contain the three digit code). My bank manager have told me that my credit card was attempted twice by CIO, but the transaction failed. Now someone kindly guide me, how to rectify this problem, i am afraid my application will be returned.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, I HAVE DONE THAT BEFORE YOUR ADVICE, BUT NO REPLY FROM CIC. THE PROBLEM MAY BE FACED BY APPLICANTS TILL DECEMBER, AS THE FORM DID NOT CONTAIN THAT THREE DIGIT SLOTS, I WOULD SPECIALLY LIKE TO HEAR FROM THOSE APPLICANTS, THAT WHAT LITERARY HAPPEN TO THEIR CASE.

REGARDS......

Dear Mustafa, sorry to hear about your problem, but THREE DIGIT CODE IS NOT RERQUIRED. When I applied first to CIC, I did no submit my 3 digit code and my credit card was charged. I know many applicants who have not provided this code and their payment was honoured.

There must be some other problem.

I think you should contact CIC (phone and email) immediately and request for some alterantive options of paying before your application is returned. If CIC agrees, you can send a bank draft and until then you can request CIC to hold on your application.

This is my opinion but wait for other members responses.

Wish you best luck.

sish thanks for your reply. I think with the contemporary credit card the three digit code is reqiured, as it was missing in the old fee form. that is why i did not write. Also my Bank manager told that two attempts on transaction have failed. i sent mail but still no reply for two weeks.

.

Mustafa,

You need to send the updated payment form with the CC code by Fax immediately, even then give them a call. Your case might be delayed or rejected.
