We found out on friday that our credit card payment was declined due to a problem with the CVV number. Is it possible to contact CIO in this regard or will they send application back with payment problem.

Do they request payment correction or do they try and correct problem with the client?Any advise would be greatly appreciated as if we send a new application we may not fall within the cap this year.

Also should we wait for application to be returned for the letter and then send a new application. Will the original date be taken into account or will the date the new application be considered.

Plaese advise in this regard.

Don't wait. Act immidiately.

1-Send an email inquiring about what happened and offer explanation.
2- Send an updated payment form immediately to the CIO.

Act quickly and don't wait.

Regards

Hi there,

thanks for the response, but where to send updated payment form and i understand emailing CIO is generally not effective. Also they may automatically send back the application.

I will try calling CIO tomorrow, anyone with recent experience in this regard

This made me reconsider using credit card for payment. I'll go for Bank Draft payment to be safe.
