I have three questions,
1- Is there any delay for Canada Immigration for General Practiioner Category at CIO?
2-If i pay through credit card, may i just need to mention my credit card information in FORM 5620E or need to attach something else?

3-There is one Item on 5620E (Authorization Number, may i need to mention my credit card secret number there or just leave it black?

Ans:
1. On the 38 Magic List yet - persumably no possibility of such delay you think

2. You need to fill out Form 5620E accurately and do not need to attach any additional document

3. Posssibly you did not pay attention to the Form 5620 E. There is a change of color to purple with clearly Bold written words saying
" for Official Use only " containing the Autorization Number which is the Number of th eTransaction which your credit card company gives /supplies to the vendor as a proof of thier chrge/transaction. IT IS NEVER A NUMBER ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

I hope this would suffice to answer your Questions.

Always Hopeful

Thankx for your reply, for most of the online payments, a security number from the backside of your credit card is entered, i thought, it is this number, but now it is clear that this is authorization part, we are authorizing CIC to withdraw Fee from our credit card by signing on this authorization part.

Please guide me, do i need to attach photographs for principal and dependanats at the time of submission of initial application, because on on documents checklist form ,it is mentioned that you do not need to submit photographs at this time.

Hoping to send my initial application on 29/10/2009 from Dubai, UAE

Regards to all,

Authorization code is for official use only. You just need to put card number, card holder name, expiry date, current date and your signature

If you have done that then don't worry about it

It will be ok

Thankx all of you for your replies.

What about the photographs of principal applicant and dependents, required to be sumbitted with the initial application or not.If yes, then what background colour and dimension is appropriate.

No photograph is to be submitted with initial application. Submission shall be when you are required to submit full application to your visa office.

The specification for passport photo can be found in the visa office specific guidelines. Check the website of the visa office responsible for your country or area.

Ana,

27 days passed now ,Its too long time to swap the credit card, hope to know that they successfully swapped the credit card information in your case. Its a new system, it will take some time to mature.

I am sending application tomorrow, will let u people know what happens next:)

Best of luck,

Hi to All,

What is the procedure of verifying experience letter by CHC, do they need additional supporting documents like, reference letters, pay slips, sttandance register record, tax statement etc. or just the signed official letter on the letterpad is enough for them.

Regards,
