Hi guys,
This is a new program for new commers to Canada to help them build credit history. CIBC & RBC do offers regular Dividend credit cards which helps you build your credit history. There is also a simplified mortgage approval process by CIBC if you plan to buy a house. This was an ad in Canadian Immigrant Magzine and even the CIBC bank was not very much aware of this new program untill i inquired them today.
