I was wondering how long it takes for a reference number (AOR) to be given after your  credit card  or account has been debited with the fee.
Your response is highly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply!!!! Still a little bit confused about the whole process!!!
What does it really mean if your credit card has been debited with the fees? Does that mean you've been pre -assessed?

It means your application is complete and you made it into the cap for your NOC...

Good now CIO will going to assesing review of your application and CIO will send you AOR within max 70working days after sending application package including your payment charges timeframe (I am assuming what I count by some OP's application date to getting AOR date). don't worry this will initial stage and your cap is counted under your NOC, from here now it's depend on your documents review by CIO. you will be get AOR within maximum working 30days now.

Best luck just wait for now.
