hi,
 I have been to different countries and there are 4 countries where I stayed more than 6 months. I have police certifictes from these countries issued April-09 when I applied for my Study Permit. Can I use the same police certificates for my immigraion purposes as I never traveled to theses countries since Sep-2008. Thanks

No, you need new ones, as they can't be older than 3 months when you apply.
