How would I know that my file has been transferred to Ottawa. I just received my AOR + medical last months from ott-piolot email. And doctor send the results to Ottawa. Does it mean my file is in Ottawa?

i received the email with transfer notice, medical request, aor number all together. |

It does not mean that your file is in Ottawa when you received an email from ott-pilot office. There are two types of email. One is sent by Ottawa on behalf of Buffalo, and they did specifically say that you should direct your concerns/inquiries to buffalo, unless otherwise stated. One is sent by ottawa and did specifically say that you should direct your concerns/inquiries to ottawa, unless otherwise stated. Check your email and see where they want you to direct your inquiries to.

according to what I have seen from this forum and other forum, most likely that people will received their PPR after 1.5 months to 2 months when they have the line "we started processing your file ...". I have seen cases that were given PPR earlier.
Anyway, just keep hoping I guess
