COURIER AND NOTIFICATION

Please help!
I am finally ready to send our application and I am doing it on Friday. I have the courier form and it asks to submit a name with the address of who it is going to. But with the courier address, there is no name provided, should I just put the name as - Case processing centre?
Also, once they have received it would they inform us via mail or email?

We sent courier as well.
We only sent it to the address for the "Case Processing Centre"
We received confirmation from the courier, but not from Immigration Canada that it was received.
