I am from India, we got our PR in may'2010 , currently  moved to US on business with family.

Q1: will immigration officer question me on my entry from US instead of India, if yes what shud I answer?
Q2: my wife is pregnant(7th month) and she will accompany me , will I encounter  any questions?
Q3: expecting a baby in US, Do I have to do the whole PR process for the new born or any exception for the US citizen?

It does not matter

Q2: my wife is pregnant(7th month) and she will accompany me , will I encounter  any questions?

There is no exception even to US citizens. if you being a PR holder peruse PR for your new born baby, PR for baby would come in shortest time.
Isn't if baby is born in Canada, then baby will be Canada citizen & PR is not needed.
