Couple of minor questions abt documents submission

Hi,
I am applying for Ontario's PNP Master's graduate scheme. They have asked for my bank statement and credit card statement to show proof of residency in Ontario for 1 year.

When submitting credit card statement xerox copy, should I hide my credit card number. Is it safe to send them the whole credit card number.

Secondly I am taking print out of Bank statement from Online TD Canada website but the print out does not show my name when I give print command. I know it is a minor problem (and I will ask my bank for information/statement but any help is appreciated)

I probably asked TD Bank for a Bank Statement for 100 times. It really depends on branch-to-branch how they print out the statement. But you can ask them to put your name and address.
