Could not land, please help

Hello,

I need urgent help, advise if someone has knowleadge/experience.

Recently, My passport was stamped with PR visa to land Canada under family sponsorship, but at the border I was refused to enter due to my recent traffic issue in the US (1st DWI- no any accident).  The officer suggested to contact Buffolo, and inform them on this offence. But I do not know what will happen - will my visa be canceled. Can I tri to enter from different POE ? If my application was canceled, can I appeal this decision ?

Because he is inadmissible to Canada, and CBSA knows it now.  He has been told to contact Buffalo.
