Hello,

I was wondering, if I come up to Canada, and stay for 6 months, and then go back to America. Then come back and keep doing that same process over and over until I've officially spent 1095 days in Canada visiting a friend. Could I bank that time? And then apply to be a full Canadian citizen?

Would that work?

Hope someone can help. ^^; Thanks.

No - it doesn't work that way.

To apply for citizenship - you first have to become a permanent resident. Then once you are a permanent resident and have lived in Canada for three out of the last four years - you can apply for citizenship.

So the first step is to figure out how you can become a PR.
