Dear friends,

I am confuse about this think; CIO Manual OP Federal Skilled Worker Process document said: After CIO Eligible process our files sent to responsible visa office. This time before 26 June 2010 Applicants have a 120 day deadline for their application files sent themself to VO.. Now, My question is; When our files transfer to our responsible VO Do we have any response time or deadline ?

Or we need to wait VO will return and ask for documents??

Regards,

Because  you send the complete app. at CIO in Sydney, they will sent the file at your VO and you have to wait until you will receive your MR or additional docs.
