1. It'd take around 2-3 months to get the baby's med forms [from the day u submitted his docs].
2. As u submit this med report -- give it another 2-3 months to get the PPR [for all].
3. Thus, overall u r looking @ 5-7 months from today.
4. So, u r likely to 'make-it', just-in-time, before your 2nd meds [of Apr-11] expires.

Good luck!

Ps.: It'd be easier for us to read if u avoid 'all caps'.

Hi,

I want to apply under NOC 1122. My all documents are ready except the current company reference letter validating my roles and duties. They are unnecessary delaying. Please advise it is mandatory to submit this document, then I will have to wait for another couple of days.

My background for Points:

1) Edu:B.Com- 15 yrs. Full time ( University of Mumbai)-22
2) Work Exp.- 6 yrs. under NOC 1122-21
3) IELTS - Band 7.5 ( Reading: 7.5. Writting: 7.5, Speaking: 7 Listening :7)-12
4) No ties in Canada but worked for 6 months in Canada
5)Age : 33 yrs.-10
6) spouse Edu: MBA ( University of Pune) 17 years full time-5

How much will be my point? If my spouse MBA is not accepted by them then will they consider her 3 yrs. full time bachelor's degree and award me 4 points?

In my view your IELTS score per your bands should be 16. Why you are considering 12?
You seems to qualify easily
Good luck
