Hi, I have a question regarding Yukon Business Nominee Program. Could anyone help me please?

For Yukon Business Nominee Program, a business that was pruchased form a previous business nominee within the past five years is not eligible.

How about two people invest in the same company? (150,000 for each person )  Can they apply for Yukon Business Nominee Program at the same time?
