I think it depends and differ in each US DMP locations. As for CO, it is $400 which includes x-ray, whole physical check up (urine, blood, eyes, pressure etcs) and Fedex overnight courier charge.

I just checked with

They are charging for

1) Me :- 465
2) My wife :- 388
2) Kid , 2 and half :- 79

Can any please let me know if I can get it done for cheaper in near by states or cities?

              Thanks, one more question if u don't mind I used same doctor You used.How long did it take for Dr. Kim David Johnson to send your medicals to Ottawa?

the doctor's office was very efficient. my medical was sent to Ottawa less than a week using Fedex. I'm very happy on the service I got from Dr. Johnson.

             Thanks a million I did my medicals on the 24th of march I called Dr Johnson left massages but no reply per your timeline I'm hoping he most have send it to Ottawa
