Cost of Living Canada 25 Male

Hi There

My Name is Ryan. I am considering leaving South Africa to work in Canada for perhaps 3 years. I am single and work as a graphic designer here. I would like to know how much money should a single individual like myself be earning to live modestly in Canada.
After living expenses and the normal deductions I would like to save up about 700 Canadian Dollars a month. Is this possible at all?
