Cost of hiring an international student?

Hi folks,

As an international student, I am curious about whether companies hiring an international student have to pay any fees or go through paperworks that are not required for a Canadian citizen student. (For example in the U.S. a company that wants to hire an international student has to support him a H1 visa and deal with additional paperworks. ) If hiring internationals cost companies, then how much it will be? I need pretty acurate figure. Can someone tell me where can I find that infomation?

1.  If you are a student in Canada, and have a Post Grad Work Permit, no cost for the employer.
