Is there a landing fee that has to be paid during the landing process when landing from the US border by land or air?

I don't remember there being any landing fee.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-arriving.asp does not mention it as part of the landing process and I cant find one on the fee schedule at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp  You would have paid the initial application fee, around $500 when you applied and another around $500 right of PR fee that you have to pay when your visa is issued.
