I'm sponsoring my wife to Canada from the US, but I currently still live with my parents temporary until she moves here.
Since I don't have own a home, do I need to use my parents as co-signers of the sponsorship?

Thanks!

No, co-signers are not permitted/required on spousal sponsorship (no income requirement).  If they will be providing support (financial, home, etc) and are aware of your plans, have them put that in writing instead, so you show you have planned how to fulfill your obligations as a sponsor.
