Hi All,

I am a canadian citizen and i am applying a permanent residence for my spouse, we are residing outside Canada. I have downloaded the application forms, but i have reched to a stage where it says: co-signer eligibility assessment..what does co-signer mean in that case? I am the sponsor, is my husband the co-signer? plz help thanks

You have no co-signer to sponsor a spouse.  If you were sponsoring other relatives, you could have your spouse co-sign if you need to show more income.
