do you send the whole page? and the printer kind of messed up the barcode on it, will this be an issue? or can they type it into the computer manually? thanks.

as AP suggested you can re-print,... also they send you the PDF file in your email.. so you can re-print and DO NOT forget to fill out the information it is asking you for... you do not have to enter the Client ID # if you do not have it.
