Hey guys,

For the 2nd stage of the pre June26 applicants, you are advised to send "copies of forms sent to CIO" to the respective VISA offices.

A couple of questions here:
(1) Do you put in fresh signatures and dates in those forms?
(2) Do you paste any photo in the space provided for photograph in the 1st form? Or thus send those 6 immigration photos asked for separately?

Please advise!
