Okay guys, some good news for those that replied to my question. i did a call today and i was told that my boss application has been approved . mine will be approved in a matter of weeks. possibly before x-mass and the end of next month at the latest. good strides i guess. i am on the right track. they seem to be faster now as we approach x-mass. maybe they are so happy and stuff like that.
It will be worth a wait.
