Converting IELTS score into points

I was wondering how can I convert my IELTS (general) scores into points.
Below are my scores:

Listening 7       Reading 5.5            Writing 5           Speaking 6.5


Actually I need a sum of 12 points.Are my scores enough?If not,please notify me with the scores needed to get 12 points.

basing on the the CIC score system for IELTS results your point will be translated to this:
Listening-2 pts
Reading-  2 pts
Writing - 1 pt
Speaking-4pts
Total = 9pts
