If your brother is living in AB or Manitoba, he can sponsor you under PNP family stream.  If not, your only chance it to try to get a job that qualifies for immigration.  The only low skilled jobs that qualify for immigration are live in caregiver or certain jobs under PNP semi-skilled options in BC and AB.
