Hello,

need to know something about work experience proofs. It is stated the it is needed the notarized employment contracts. What if I don't have the contract from the former employer? I can provide work reference from it, but not the contract. For the present employer, I don't have these kind of issues, coz I have the contract and also the reference letter.

Please help, what can I do in this case?

Thank you,

how long is the experience in the current company? if it is more than 4 years and is in the 29 NOC category then it will not effect the points and the reference letter from the previous employer with the visiting card of the person signing the letter should be fine.

This is my personal opinion but seniors will be able to give a definite answer.

Should I provide the original contract or or the notarized copy of it? Besides, should my spouse as well provide the contract(s) from past and current employer?
