Hi there,

I have applied for PR under 0213 Code and I have already submitted all the documents to Delhi office.

Can anybody let me know if I do not have the contract form for one of my previous company and I have submitted the affidavit instead stating the following and that affidavit will work instead of contract form for the visa officer:

I do hereby solemnly affirm & declare as under:
  • That I have worked with [Company Name] from 1st August 2007 to 14th August 2008 as Technical Lead
  • That [Company Name] is situated at [Comapny Location]
  • That I have not received any Offer Letter or Contract Form from the employer at the time of joining.
  • That the documents I signed with [Company Name] at the time of joining were solely
property of [Company Name] and are not provided to any employee.
  • That [Company Name] has issued me the Form No. 16 "Certificate Under Section 203 Of The Income Tax, Act, 1961 For Tax Deduction At Source From Income Changeable Under The Head Salaries"
  • That I have filed the Income Tax Return for that time of period.

However I have submitted the following for that experience:
  • Reference Letter stating my responsibilities signed by the employer.
  • Attached his business card.
  • Notarized Photocopy of form 16 issued by employer stating the TDS they have deducted from my salary
  • Notarized Income tax return for the same
  • Copy of cheque received as salary

Please let me know will it work as this is the only experience that comes under 0213 code?

Thanks in Advance
