Dear Qorax,

Thanks for ur very appreciated effort and help.

Kindly I need to know ur advice in this message that remains the same Every time I check my application status online
since 6 months ago.

"Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on August 24, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 15, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting docs were received by the Cairo office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Cairo office on October 25, 2009. The Cairo office may contact you. "

Knowing that I sent only copies of my application. And original copies of (police certificate + IELTS) as per instruction guide. And I have sent 2 e-mails with no reply to the local visa office.
Why I always see this message with no change for 6 months now ?!!

Thnx a lot.

Unfortunately that msg stays the max length of time in our e-cas. It'll only be replaced with med results recd. -after it is so. That 'in process' is irritative for sure, moreso when it's about time. However, plz be cautioned that under certain circumstances/cases it takes a bit longer for the b/ground checks... that's why the delay.

Have patience, your call is soon to come.

Non FSW Category Mar 2005 to Present = 5 years 2 Months     21 Points

can you plz tell me i ll get only 17 points(FSW Category) or i get 21 points for over all experience. if i get 21 thn its easy to clear 67 points benchmark.otherwise its diffcult to get full 16 in IELTS to get benchmark of 67 points.

Plz submit Original IELTS results to CIO

YES.
We have to SUBMIT the original IELTS Results to CIO.

See the CIO checklist here (refer point-9).

No. They'd go by the package Receiving Date @ the CIO.

Regrets.
