contacting CIC to know the status of the application without client id

Hi,

I applied under 2121 around November 1st week and have not heard from CIC yet. 2121 appears to have filled up for this year and I was just wondering if there is a way to contact cic to the status of the application. I do not have a client id. I tried calling a number but nobody attends the call. Do you guys know any email address that I can use?
