      I think everything depends on you,initially i filed my application in accra through a lawyer(a nigerian living in canada).That was over 6 years back,then he collected $1,000 apart from the payment i made to the embassy.filing through a lawyer will not speed up the processing time but the lawyer will only document your papers properly which u may not be able to do.soj
