Hi,

Iam an MBA Finance and a Computer Engineer from reputed institutes in Mumbai
I have been looking to migrate to Canada and I work in an MNC, Part of the Big 4 group.
however, my designation is of a 'Consultant'....Am i Eligible to apply?
I have now gotten into Auditing as well, but iam not a qualified CA. Internal Audit doesnt require that.

Hi varun,

I am an internal auditor also and applied under NOC 1111 last year.., which is not in the new list after June 26...Have you checked the list and their job descritpion? From there you can select which NOC that best describes your job..then u can apply for that. Just show only the proof that you are realy indeed doing that role...

I hope I have not confused you.. God bless to your soon application..

Hi,

I checked the latest list of requirements, and quiet a few have been added.
NOC 1111 is also what I think I would come under, however, the only question in mind is, do they need a qualified CA/CFA/CPA to do these jobs or is it good enough to just be working as an auditor in India?
Thank you for your reply, it is highly appreciated.

Regards,
Varun

NOC 1111 is no more in Occupation list of skilled migration. You missed by less than one month. They changed on 26th June.
They dont need CA/CFA /CPA for these jobs but next time it may be when it comes again in list.

Hi varun,

NOC 1111 is no longer in the list but you can still qualify under this occupation if you have arranage employment offer (AEO). There was no requirement saying that one shoud be CA/CPA in order to qualify. I suggest that you take exam for CIA since this is also relevant to internal auditing. You don't need to be recertified in Canada since it is recognized already there.
