Construction Managers?

Hi all,

i need some advice regarding Construction Managers NOC . My dad has his own construction company in india . he biuld and sells houses. Its not a big firm, a small scale business u can say. My youger brother also works with my dad (part -time) he is persuing his bachelors degree . he is 21.

Can my younger brother apply as supervisor or manager , he has been working with my dad from last 3 years.

is there something like self -employed ?

any thoughts would be appreciated
