Guys just check out the processing time for the open permit they changed 10mos to 10-11mos. It was 10-11 mos last week and I dont know when they changed it to 10mos coz I saw it with my eyes, then it is 10-11mos again> I dont know if its me halucinating seeing wrong data or the CIC is really making it hard for us guys, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. They are not being fair to us.
