What would you do in my case?
I hire one immigranat consultant who promissed to me in 2006. everything.He sad that I wiil be permanent resident for two years-in 2008.
Now is 2011 and I dont have permanent resident status.I am still in Canada with work permit.Almost 6.years.
When I call him he laying to me :"please wait for two more months....they changde the law etc"
If I cancel him should I pay him?I almost pay 2500$ to him when I applied for FSW.
He did not finish his job.
Please tell me what to do.
